Withdrawal requests are processed by 1 jj within the timeframes stated in your account dashboard. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are generally faster than bank transfer withdrawals. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The first withdrawal from a new account will typically require identity verification to be completed before processing proceeds.
All account balances are held in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals — the PKR amount you send is the PKR amount credited, and the PKR amount you request is what is sent back to you, subject only to any minimum/maximum limits. 1 jj does not apply hidden exchange rates or conversion fees to PKR transactions.
Any deposit made through fraudulent means, stolen payment credentials or methods not registered in your own name will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated funds and referral to relevant authorities. Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — this means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested from the resulting balance. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x applied to a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 30,000 must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping bonuses, or creating additional accounts to claim bonuses more than once, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all bonus balances and potentially account suspension.

1 jj reserves the right to withdraw, modify or replace any promotion at any time, including during an active promotional period, where there is a legitimate reason to do so (such as a technical error in the promotion setup or evidence of widespread abuse). Where a settlement error is identified after the fact, 1 jj reserves the right to correct the settlement, including reclaiming winnings paid out in error.
In the event of a disconnection during a casino game or live betting session, the game or bet will be resolved based on the state at the point of disconnection, in accordance with the game provider's rules. If a game round was in progress when disconnection occurred, the outcome will be recorded once you reconnect and the game resumes or closes out automatically. 1 jj is not responsible for losses caused by internet or device disconnections on your end.
